Job Description
- Establish and analyze the coordination models for construction coordination and quality control use.
- Manage the construction coordination process by participating in collaboration meetings with project team.
- Ensure that all deliverables and project information meet the requirements of the project contract documents.
- Provide a communication link between the design and construction teams.
- Ensure the project team members have access to all project information and are informed of updates to the project.
- Provide support for field crews and take VDC information into the field;
- Control Preconstruction activities including budget estimating, as well as modelling/material sourcing and take off for project pursuits.
- Support the company in development of hardware and software standards, standards for modeling, and maintaining a drawing library.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related.

- Two (2) year experience in position related to implementing building information modeling and operating computational design for building structure/envelope construction.

- Two (2) year experience in utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Bluebeam Revu.
